The Columbus Regional Hospital School of Radiologic Technology is currently accredited by the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) for a period of 5 (five) years. JRCERT promotes excellence in education and enhances quality and safety of patient care through the accreditation of educational programs.

In supporting the above mission statement, Columbus Regional Hospital School of Radiologic Technology strives to prepare graduates who are competent for entry-level positions in radiography through attainment of the following goals:

Goal 1: Students will be clinically competent.

- Students will demonstrate patient care skills.
- Students will practice appropriate radiation protection.
Goal 2: Students will communicate effectively.
