Whether you are seeking care at one of our outpatient facilities or physician offices, or having a procedure that requires a hospital stay, you can feel confident in the extra care and caution we’re taking to ensure your experience is as safe and welcoming as possible.
Precautions
To ensure your safety and the safety of our staff, two precautions are mandatory at every CRH location – wearing a mask and observing social distancing. All staff is required to wear a mask at all times while working at a CRH facility.
When you visit us, if you do not have a mask, we are happy to provide one for you. Our safe-care heroes of housekeeping keep our facilities clean and sanitized.
Areas are cleaned thoroughly after each interaction and on a broad, consistent basis throughout our organization. Social distancing reminders and hand hygiene stations are readily available in all patient, public and staff areas.
Convenient Check-in Options
Finally, when you come to a CRH location, you may also notice some new or different registration options, such as curb-side check in, that make your visit safer and more convenient. CRH team members are eager to guide you through these options.

Telehealth Services
Columbus Regional Health is offering scheduled video visits. Meeting with a provider by video visit is a convenient way to receive care without coming to the hospital or clinic in person. Telehealth visits can be used for:
- New patient appointments
- Follow-up appointments
- Standard clinical care
- Counseling
- Patient education
- Medicare wellness visits
