CRH welcomes new orthopedic surgeon to medical staff
Columbus Regional Health is pleased to welcome Woodley Desir, M.D. to the Columbus Regional Health Physicians network of primary and specialty care providers.
Dr. Desir is board certified in orthopedic surgery and sports medicine. He received his degree from Downstate Medical Center, Brooklyn, New York. He completed residency at Howard University Hospital, Orthopedics & Rehabilitation, Washington, D.C. Dr. Desir completed fellowships in sports medicine and shoulder surgery at the Vanderbilt University Medical Center, Nashville, Tenn. And in hip preservation at the University of Colorado, Boulder, CO.
Dr. Desir specializes in sports medicine and shoulder surgery, as well as hip preservation, arthroscopy, reconstruction, and regenerative medicine. He has provided professional, collegiate, and high school team coverage in Nashville, Tennessee, for hockey, baseball, football, and women’s lacrosse.
