They will fill your house with the sweet smell of cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves that will delight the senses.Ingredients:2 ¼ cup flour2 tsp pumpkin pie spice1 ½ tsp baking soda1 tsp ground ginger1/4 tsp salt1 cup golden raisins (optional)1/2 cup walnuts, chopped (optional)1 cup brown sugar1 3/4 cup pumpkin, canned1/3 cup buttermilk1/3 cup canola oil1/4 cup molasses1 tsp vanilla2 eggsDirections: - Mix dry ingredients together: flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda, ginger, and salt. - Add raisins and walnuts if desired. Set aside.- Mix brown sugar, pumpkin, buttermilk, oil, molasses, vanilla, and eggs. - Beat with wire whip. - Add to dry ingredients.Spray muffin tins well. Fill each tin to 3/4 full.Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
