Biography

Dr. Cole grew up in Mooresville, Indiana and considers herself a Hoosier. She went to Manchester University where she studied biology, chemistry, and Spanish and received her bachelors degree with honors. Dr. Cole completed her medical degree in 2015 at Indiana University School of Medicine and was a member of the Rural Health Program.

Her passion for patient education and preventing illness led her to specialize in Family Medicine. She completed her residency at IU Health Ball Memorial Family Medicine Residency in Muncie, Indiana. In her training, she was involved in maternal-child collaborative initiatives to improve the quality of OB and pediatric healthcare as well as a member of the obstetric peer review committee.

Dr. Cole has a passion for obstetrics and pediatrics, working with patients in underserved populations, and helping educate patients on healthier lifestyles to prevent and reverse illness.

Dr. Cole and her husband, Matt, enjoy living in Columbus. Her husband is a local high school wrestling coach. They enjoy traveling, spending time with their 2 large dogs, and cooking from their backyard garden.
